Product Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

• As Product Manager (all genders) you own the end-to-end product development and directly contribute to the strategic goals as well as success of your business area
• You ensure the development of a CDP (Customer Data Platform) and thus the possibility of personalized communication in order to offer a valuable product experience to all Aroundhome customers
• You contribute significantly to the further development of our CRM strategy to improve customer retention
• You collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders, including the C-Board, to gain in depth understanding of the (product-)requirements and thus drive the creation as well as the implementation of the goal-oriented roadmap
• You always keep an eye on the product backlog, prioritize clearly according to the business value and thus enable the fast implementation of small releases in order to quickly gain insights

Skills

• You have extensive experience in concepting and implementing product strategies as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar and can already demonstrate significant achievements
• You are enthusiastic about product discovery as well as delivery, are passionate about analysing data and are capable to build complex products from scratch
• You think entrepreneurially, are extremely strong in implementation and achieve your goals with a high degree of personal responsibility
• You have a strong analytical mindset, good technical understanding as well as experience working with numerous stakeholders
• You have knowledge in the use of agile working methods such as Kanban and Scrum, are an absolute teamplayer and combine your excellent communication skills with a good sense of humor ;)
