Job Description

To do so we are building a crucial piece of cross-chain infrastructure to enable multiple blockchains to coexist and serve different needs. Apart from the tech we care a lot about user experience and aim to make complex technologies accessible for everyone.
We are looking for a forward-thinking Technical Product Manager with the ability to rally our team and turn our goals into a reality. Someone with the passion to drive our cutting-edge developer product forward, who's not afraid to navigate the spectrum of technical details and high-level strategic direction.
Tasks
As a Technical Product Manager, you will take ownership of our product roadmap while considering input and existing expertise from the team. You are expected to have deep ecosystem knowledge, assess emerging products and companies and make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in. You'll be working closely together with our engineering and support teams and become an expert to the technical/developer community.
Among other tasks, you will:
- Work closely with stakeholders and outline what product vision and success look like
- Have a clear overview of and prioritize our product development pipeline
- Formulate user stories and collect technical requirements for implementation
- Conduct functional review of stories and progress tracking
- Research, and follow technical trends in the industry
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for integration partners
- Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly
- Answer incoming questions and serve as a product advocate
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation
Requirements
- Deep exposure and knowledge of the Blockchain world and DeFi ecosystem
- 3+ years of previous experience in a Product Manager role and technical background
- Strong communication skills with the ability to network and coordinate across different teams
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements. Ensure those requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations
- Prioritizing product features and capabilities
- Ownership and drive to thrive in a fully remote environment
