As our Team Support & Office Manager (part-time or full-time) you will be a member of our People & Culture Team and a vital part in ensuring our beautiful Berlin office and team operations are running smoothly. You will handle all general operations on a day-to-day and support our team and business events.

Responsibilities include:

What you will do

You will cover a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Be the onsite Office Manager for Futurepath in our beautiful building,
    near Tiergarten in Berlin, and ensure that our office is a place that brings people together and encourages them to connect and collaborate
  • Coordinate all office deliveries and manage our suppliers (e.g. office and employee equipment, drinks and snacks, cleaning and building maintenance)
  • Support our team in the use and optimization of our internal tools to ensure our hybrid work setting is organized and efficient
  • Operate the switchboard and deal with external partners, including service providers and subcontractors
  • Support in our Employer Branding efforts by communicating and organizing regular team and community events, informing about benefits and all of the perks of working at Futurepath to current and potential future employees
  • Be responsible for executing and improving our on-/offboarding processes, ensuring a great employee journey

Requirements

Who you are

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in office management and/or team assistant role, preferably in a start-up or smaller company
  • Approachable, communicative, and empathetic while having a service-oriented mindset, finding great joy in working with people
  • Proactive and efficient, able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Possess great planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Always keep the team and their well-being in mind to provide the most supportive and enjoyable workplace
  • Have a working-level fluency of German and great English skills for smooth interaction
