Job Description
- Develop a comprehensive recruitment plan ensuring alignment of all business requirements to promote achievement of AIR PRODUCTS’s business strategy.
- Provide administrative support for Regional Talent Vendor Lead on outsource staffing requirements for KSA and ME region.
- Liaise with the relevant Hiring Manager / Department to obtain Talent Requisition Form and Job Description of vacant positions to initiate the recruitment process.
- Review incoming job requisitions to ensure completeness and appropriateness of the information provided, schedule intake call with hiring manager and TA team for better understanding of the role requirement.
- Work with appropriate vendor and TA Specialist to source relevant CVs for the role to be submitted to the hiring manager.
- Submit shortlisted CVs to hiring manager for review.
