Job Description
Role: WI-FI/Network Product Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Day 1 Onsite)
Hire type: Contract or Full time
Must Have:-
- 3 years of experience in Wi-Fi Technical Project management in Telecom or Internet connectivity or Mobile domain.
- Agile/Scale Agile product management : Write user stories, build product requirements, Use of Jira & other tools used for agile project management.
- Internet connectivity and/or mobile connectivity ecosystem experience. Understanding of key vendors, technologies, operators, concepts, and value propositions for Internet connectivity and/or mobile connectivity.
- Ability to create good PPTs, marketing material, training documents etc.
- High degree of technical expertise in Wi-Fi and at least 2 of the 5 topics listed below
1. Wi-Fi Domain expertise and understanding of Wi-Fi router features and capabilities
2. Wi-Fi Testing knowledge and managing test team
3. Knowledge of Cable plant DOCSIS, IP etc.
4. Knowledge of MVNO network and mobile technologies
5. Knowledge of computer networking (7-layer model, packet tracing etc.)
