strengthen our holistic sales approach from within the Inside Sales Team. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Tasks
- You take ownership of the end-2-end sales process for assigned customers
- You are responsible for the complete customer journey from approaching phases until order taking
- You are constantly seeking the development of the existing customer portfolio by offering new products or cross/up-selling opportunities
- You are in charge of technical service sales intended for the existing installed base of Evident devices for all customer segments
- You prequalify the inbound leads and assess the customer potential for correct customer segment allocation
- You manage your own sales activity and pipeline according to existing guidelines to reach yearly/monthly sales quota by product line. With a constant follow-up and maintenance of your own pipeline and lead flow in the CRM system matching the established KPI
- You participate in classroom and e-learning training sessions on products & applications, sales skills and digital selling
Requirements
- You have successfully completed vocational training or a university degree
- You have proven sales experience either field or inside sales and minimum 2 years experience
- You have a proven track record of successfully pitching to customers for new business and opportunities
- You are experienced in the use of virtual/digital channels applied to sales & lead management processes and in working with CRM systems
- Knowledge of sales & marketing strategies
- You have have a strong command of German and English. More languages are considered as a plus (e.g. Danish and/or Dutch or Spanish)
