Accounts Receivable Management (f/m/d) - Month-End Closing

Your Tasks:

Enthusiasm, continuity and highly motivated colleagues make us successful. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager with an affinity for numbers for all activities involved in the monthly / year-end closing process.

• You will work in cooperation with internal interfaces and your manager on the monthly/quarterly financial statements as well as the monitoring of the planning process in the A/R area.
• You will prepare and analyze monthly reporting within the department, consolidate information, monitor relevant KPIs and prepare forecasts.
• You show potential opportunities and risks from the resulting "target/actual deviations". In addition, you will perform ad-hoc evaluations in our ERP and BI system.
• Furthermore, you support the further development of reporting in both systems and work closely with our Finance IT.
• You will support our operational teams in their activities.

The cornerstone of your success is a completed commercial training and relevant professional experience in accounts receivable. In addition, you bring the following qualifications with you:

• You have good technical knowledge and practical experience in the application of double-entry accounting as well as in the preparation of reports.
• You ideally bring experience in mass customer business.
• You enjoy analyzing reports, creating corresponding target/actual variances and initiating necessary measures.
• A careful and independent way of working to ensure a high quality of work is a matter of course for you.
• Team orientation and communication skills as well as experience in working with SAP R/3 and very good MS Office skills, preferably MS Excel, complete your profile.
