Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high quality coffees safely, on-time and consistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We believe in traceability through the chain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders.
We are looking for a performance-driven, customer-centric individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Sales Executive
Tasks
- Work towards developing working relationships with clients specialty roasters in Europe
- Assist towards sales of specialty green coffee to roasters / customers within the European market and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Contribute towards conducting analysis of market, identify client requirements & establish further areas of growth
- Assist in active sales via emails and phone conversations
- Manage and update CRM database
- Travel and represent Attesa Coffee towards clients and in global coffee fairs / events
Requirements
- Bachelor / Masters or equivalent degree
- Ability / preference to work in a dynamic / entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques
- Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions for customers
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and German is required
- Dutch / French / Spanish / Italian / Polish is a big plus
- Must be based in the EU and is open to travel
