Senior Data Analyst (full-time , f/m/x)

Your Challenges

• Lead the Setup of our BI Division including the development of our data warehouse and the reporting infrastructure
• Design, develop and optimize our data and reporting landscape incl. visualization (in holistics io)
• You will be communicating with key stakeholders to prioritise and develop dashboards and analyses that can be used to make business-critical decisions. Monitor and improve our tracking set-up incl. DataLayer, GTM, GA
• Work closely with CEOs to establish specific goals and strategies, define processes and frameworks
• Training end-users on new reports and dashboards will also be part of your responsibility.

Your Qualifications

• You have extensive working experience (3+ years) in the BI space (Data Analyst, Data Engineer, ...)
• You have a strong business sense and possess strong and advanced analytical and visual thinking skills, with the ability to identify business questions, pain points and opportunities
• You are a strong analytical thinker and problem solver
• Your high attention to detail is appreciated
• You have leadership experience and a drive to constantly find ways to improve and optimize processes
• You are a team player and are constantly trying to achieve success for the company as a whole
• You have advanced experience in all common web analytics tools and tag managers
• You have profound knowledge of and practical experience in SQL, BigQuery & data visualization
• You have a university degree, preferably with a strong quantitative background e.g. Information Technology, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a social science with a highly quantitative profile
