Job Description

Cledara is looking for a AE Team Lead to join our rapidly growing sales team in London to help take our AE team to the next level as we scale.

We help companies in the USA, UK, and Europe become more successful users of SaaS by unifying and automating the whole SaaS journey in a business - discovery, purchase, management, and cancellation. We are growing very quickly and looking forward to having a passionate leader join our growing team in the UK.

Tasks

  • Growing, nurturing, training, and inspiring a team of Account Executives.
  • Refine the sales prospecting strategies and sales processes to generate revenue
  • Consistently lead the AE team to hit targets and be accountable for this
  • Be available and able to answer process and product questions from the AE team and provide valuable sales insights.
  • Train AEs to forecast accurately and provide a forecast rollup to sales leadership.
  • Report key metrics and results to the C-suite, board of directors, and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct 1-to-1 meetings and pipeline reviews with the entire AE team

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B sales; SaaS, software, fintech or another relevant tech
  • 2+ years managing a team of 3 or more direct reports
  • Proven capability to lead and deliver significant growth, through revenue team expansion and/or improved efficiencies
  • Proven ability to demo products and close deals at volume coupled with the ability to teach others to do this
  • Skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams to follow
  • An extremely smart and dynamic individual with outstanding communication skills and a balanced ego
  • Relentless drive to achieve results, strong-willed, motivating, and cool under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to clearly document essential processes
  • Metrics-driven & process oriented
  • Team-oriented. Focused on what s right for the business, not what s right for the individual or function; ability to build deep relationships and earn the respect of other teams
  • Creates strong morale, good spirit in his/her team and brings fun to the workplace; shares wins and successes; fosters open dialogue
