Mission of Customer Success at Accountable:
- Our day-to-day role is to make sure our users have a flawless experience in the product: answer their questions blazing-fast, solve their issues, provide advice, and make them successful in the app.
- Our external mission is to maximize value of the user base: making sure we onboard users properly, increase conversion to paid, push cross-sell initiatives, and prevent users from churning
- Our internal mission is to be the voice of the customer internally: provide actionable feedback to Product and Acquisition teams to improve our app and how to communicate around it.
Tasks
- Operational activities (75% of the time): analyze user cases in connection with other CS team members, detect and report inconsistencies
- Projects (25% of the time): Connect with the product team to improve the product. Improve internal processes
Requirements
- You are native French speaker & proficient in English (Dutch is a plus)
- You are based in or near Brussels
- You have notions of accounting and/or finance
- You are highly motivated by new challenges, and eager to learn
- You are rigorous and quality driven
- You have strong analytical skills, and are at ease with numbers/spreadsheets
- You are down-to-earth, hands-on, and don t hesitate to take pragmatic actions in order to reach your objectives
- You like autonomy and can work alone or in team
