Role: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX (Hybrid)

JD:
Over 10 Years of Experience in Production Support
Expert in handling L2 / L3 Support teams, should be well aware of all support processes
Good Understanding of Ticketing Tools like ServiceNow
Excellent reporting skills, especially creating reports on Production environment processes and improvement measures
