Paid Social Advertising Manager (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• Develop customised solutions together with your team colleagues for the respective needs of our clients and optimise their campaigns with a view to the big picture
• Strategic planning and implementation of our clients' performance-oriented campaigns
• Deepen your specialised knowledge of advertising interfaces on various social media channels (especially Facebook and Instagram)
• Evaluate the performance of ongoing campaigns based on KPIs and create client reports
• Provide support at client meetings and in client communication
• Research current trends and developments in online marketing and bring your own ideas into daily work processes and new projects
• The goal is to qualify you for a senior position and to be responsible for product areas independently

Your profile

• Ideally at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of social media marketing
• High affinity for online marketing and social media, especially Facebook and Instagram
• Successfully completed studies, ideally with a communications or marketing background, or a suitable training programme
• High motivation to constantly improve yourself, which is underlined by your critical faculties and ambition
• Strong communicator with a keen sense of language and copywriting, in German and English
• Creativity with exciting ideas for social media campaigns and client presentations
• Affinity for numbers, analytical thinking and a careful, structured and independent way of working
• Initial experience with Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet tool rounds
