Tasks

These are the task you can look forward with us:

• You are responsible for the strategy, management and overall coordination of Atlassian-related digitalization projects
• You work together with our consultants, the marketing team and our B2B customers e.g. from the sectors finance & banking, IoT, engineering, public institutions and telecommunication
• You are the personal contact for our B2B clients, advising them, negotiating service contracts and building and expanding long-term client relationships
• You work on public tenders and realize digitalization projects for the public sector
• You prepare offers and demonstrate products to our customers
• You manage our project team resources and supervise our consultants
• You develop and manage key performance indicators and targets
• You are actively involved in establishing and optimizing processes as well as creating new structures and workflows in the company

Requirements

That's what you bring:

• Completed studies in the field of economic informatics, computer science or business administration
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the implementation of digitization projects with customers
• Experience in an agile environment and/or in classic project management and/or in IT service management
• Preferably experience with projects in the public sector
• Preferably experience with Atlassian tools, such as Jira, Confluence
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and customer-oriented approach to work
