Tasks

Position Description:

As a Junior Business Consultant, you are part of the Digital
Transformation team and responsible for supporting the implementation of
the Digital transformation of Cinemos operations that is ongoing as
a key pillar of the company strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the head of digital transformation, you will be
  responsible end-to-end to the digital transformation of some business
  processes
• Creation and maintenance of functional requirements to business
  processes transformation according to the current and new business
  operations
• Preparation and presentation of supporting documents required for any decision making
• Preparation of documentation required for the software
  implementation by internal and external stakeholders based on agreed
  scope
• Production and communication of info materials required for info
  sessions, preparation of training materials for all impacted teams
• Ensuring that the changes required in our current internal processes are properly reflected

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science or related fields
• Enthusiastic about digital products, software and product innovation
• First work experience besides studies
• Strong Project Management skills
• Structured and methodical approach
• Proficient in English, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pays attention to detail, is highly organized
• Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
• Results driven and desire to achieve excellence
• Is flexible, adaptive to changing environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
