Your mission

• Du verantwortest unseren Kreativprozess f r TikTok Ads und tr gst somit zur Gewinnung neuer und aktiver Nutzer bei.
• In Schritt 1, der Ideation, generierst du systematisch Konzepte, organisierst Brainstormings und sammelst TikTok Trends.
• In Schritt 2, der Production, verantwortest du die Erstellung der Ads. Entweder produzieren wir in-house oder akquirieren Creator, briefen diese, feedbacken und geben Videos frei. In jedem Fall agierst du hands-on (- sehr gerne auch vor der Kamera).
• Nach der Produktion unterst tzt du die Performance Kollegen bei Schritt 3, dem Testing, und Schritt 4 der Analyse. Basierend auf den datenbasierten und qualitativen Learnings startet der Prozess in die n chste Runde. Du bist bestrebt den Gesamtprozess zielorientiert und effizient zu managen sowie den n tigen Funken Kreativit t einzubringen.
• Wir starten in Deutschland und wollen den Ansatz auf andere bestehende M rkte ausrollen (Finland und Saudi-Arabien) und mittelfristig zur Akquise neuer M rkte nutzen.

Your profile

• Du bist absolut vertraut mit TikTok, dessen Trends und Top-Creatoren. Dabei hast Du selber auch schon als Creator Erfahrungen sammeln k nnen. Berufserfahrung im Social-Media Umfeld ist w nschenswert, aber nicht notwendig.
• Da du bereits Erfahrungen als Content Creator hast, bist du vertraut mit Video Editing.
• Nice-to-have: Du hattest einen Design-, Kommunikations- oder Marketing-Schwerpunkt im Studium.
• Ein hohes Ma an Organisation und selbst ndige Arbeitsweise gekoppelt mit Einf hlungsverm gen und der Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit.
• Starke kommunikative F higkeiten in Deutsch (Muttersprach Niveau). Zudem f hlst du dich mit Englisch als B ro-Sprache wohl.
