Job Description

NOCA is a young company from Berlin revolutionising the way data is structured and shared along global supply chains. With our solution we are not only looking to make supply chain management more efficient resilient and digital but are building the groundwork for circular supply chains of the future.

We are starting in the cycling industry as we are passionate cyclists aim to make an impact through facilitating sustainable urban mobility and see great potential in the market. We are now looking for an experienced industry professional to join our ranks to deeply embed our solution in the market.

Tasks

You will be working with the founding team to build up a strong sales pipeline in the cycling industry and get our solution the NOCA portal in front of the right eyes. This includes:

  • Refine the value proposition objection handling buyer centre analysis competitor analysis and market positioning of NOCA
  • Codevelop sales collateral including presentations demos and project proposals
  • Optimise the sales process and internal pipeline management
  • Leverage your network in the industry to open up sales opportunities with component suppliers assemblers OEMs/ODMs brands and retailers
  • Activate online and offline sales channels to create and increase touchpoints with potential customers and turn them into demos
  • Present the NOCA portal to customers online and offline and visit key industry trade fairs events and (potential) customers to represent NOCA
  • Work with and support potential customers to move them through the sales funnel and help them identify the right solution and unlock the most value from the NOCA portal
  • Ensure that we meet agreedon revenue targets and suggest measures to improve performance where necessary
  • Support marketing as well as onboarding activities where required

Requirements

  • You have experience (3 years) in the cycling industry and have build up a highvalue network
  • You understand the data management pain points of the supply chain and its actors and can assess them from different perspectives including product development and management sales and procurement supply chain management customer support sustainability and compliance
  • You can connect with operators and decisionmakers from different backgrounds develop individual business cases and handle objections to create a trusting and longterm relationship
  • You view sales as a consultative process to help customers find the best solution to their pain points while growing revenues in a sustainable way
  • You can contribute very well to small teams (< 4 people) and ideally already have startup experience
  • You can take responsibility for topics and their implementation and accelerate in fastpaced environments
  • You can work independently without instructions you identify problems independently and can develop solutions
  • You are enthusiastic about the manufacturing industry and especially bicycles and micromobility
  • You are good with common business software Microsoft Google Notion etc.
  • You are communicative and speak English German would be great but is not a must
