Brand Manager

We are currently looking for a Brand Manager to join our team at the German Headquarter in Frankfurt.

Tasks

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build the brand and increase brand awareness. You will work across all levels and departments of our company to figure out what makes us unique.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and communicate our vision and mission
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Lead creative developments to motivate the target audience to act
• Prepare performance specifications, cost and pricing parameters, market applications, and revenue estimates
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and evaluate return on investment and metrics
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor activities
• Monitor new and ongoing marketing and promotional activities
• Monitor product distribution and consumer response
• Develop innovative growth strategies
• Align the company with the brand's direction, decisions, and tactics

Requirements

Experience:

• 3+ years of work experience in a Brand Manager role
• Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and make recommendations to senior management
• Experience identifying target audiences and developing effective campaigns
• Excellent knowledge of the overall marketing mix
• Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset
• Data-oriented thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Excellent communication and people skills

Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Design or similar

Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English
