Communication is one of the keys to success! Even the best products need explanations. The more complex the product, the better this help must be for the user. We want to provide the best possible self-help experience for our external and internal customers. As the leader of a team of editors & technical writers who specifically take care of our written customer communication, you will be responsible for the satisfaction of these customers.
You are a professional in the field of written customer communication and have a proven track record in this area. Ideally, you have already gained experience in industries with permanent contractual relationships (e.g. telecommunications, licence software, etc.).
