Your Tasks:

Communication is one of the keys to success! Even the best products need explanations. The more complex the product, the better this help must be for the user. We want to provide the best possible self-help experience for our external and internal customers. As the leader of a team of editors & technical writers who specifically take care of our written customer communication, you will be responsible for the satisfaction of these customers.

  • Design, develop and implement our self-help offerings (agent content, emails, help centre texts, interface texts, etc.) in eight different markets (CA, DE, ES, FR, IT, MX, UK, US).
  • Disciplinary and technical responsibility for the Editorial Office team including further development of individual employees.
  • Continuous monitoring, improvement and development of our agent and help centre rating through automated analysis as well as preparation of reports to be shared with our internal stakeholders up to board level.
  • Management of our external and internal translation assignments and continuous improvement of the communication production process.
  • Continuous expansion and development of the tools and technical platforms we use.

We Appreciate:

You are a professional in the field of written customer communication and have a proven track record in this area. Ideally, you have already gained experience in industries with permanent contractual relationships (e.g. telecommunications, licence software, etc.).

  • Completed university studies with a focus on communication/customer communication or comparable training.
  • As an experienced manager, proactive action and assertiveness as well as successful cooperation with our external and internal partners are a matter of course for you.
  • Conceptual strength in the development of new strategies for our various self-help offerings including very good knowledge of the tools and platforms used for this.
  • Very good analytical skills coupled with a high level of goal orientation and commitment.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) - other languages are an advantage.
  • Absolute confidence in German grammar and spelling.
