You will be a part of our Sales & Business Development Team which plays an integral role in growing the future success of our platform by inspiring the biggest brands for our innovative solution.

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager, who understands the needs of our existing customers and successfully grows those client relationships. As our Digital Account Manager, you are responsible to expand, grow, and drive our customer success strategy in order to generate continuous revenue whilst keeping our customers happy.

Your role

  • Identifying potential and securing revenue: You spot opportunities for our existing customers and network to grow with our marketing solutions and bring in new revenue.
  • Establishing long-term relationships: You ensure that investments on our platform are sustainable for our clients and partners.
  • Being the trusted advisor: You know the digital ad space and actively promote and position our offerings to match client needs.
  • Shape our processes: You independently create marketing and onboarding strategies for businesses and get their feedback. Additionally, you are a role model of strong customer caring behavior and customer-oriented work.

Our requirements

  • Business Administration degree (Bachelor's or higher) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, Economics or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a B2B customer success team (preferably adsales / adtech / software / digital marketing)
  • Passion for Sales, Digital Marketing or AdTech
  • Fluent in German and English and confident communicator with different levels of stakeholders
  • Trusted collaborator for agencies and scaling partners
