We are like a mini version of FedEx. We are like a hub that brings things in, scans the parcels and sorts them.
We then take the parcels to campus where the other part of the team does the deliveries to lockers or the recipient.
We are also like the store that assist in making sure they have access to FedEx supplies and anything else they need.
We walk the building and collect the parcels that need to be shipped for that day.
Manager is looking for someone with experience in Customer Service, accepts change, self-starter, and willingness to learn.
We do use the computer and an iPhone, it would be nice if they have a basic knowledge of how they work. 80% of our job is physical with 20% computer work.
The person will be required to lift 50 lbs. If over, we encourage people to ask if it requires a two person lift. Yes, we all agree that Contingent worker cannot drive for client.
However, that is not the expectation if they get hired onto client. Everyone is expected to be able to drive as a client Employee. This will include a forklift, once training is provided.
They will be working at one of the two locations, the first day is always at 5055 N Greeley Ave. We also work 1.3 miles down the road at 3449 N Anchor St.
They will be given a parking tag and the badge will get them in.
The candidate will have the opportunity to become perm. COVID-19 vaccination policy for this site - At this time, no site requirements.
We use the definitions as given by CDC.

We are like a shipping hub. We receive packages and deliveries.
Looking for people that can handle multiple requests and have the ability to see the difference between the address in the from locations and the two location.
The type of person needed pays attention to detail, and is flexible with change.
Things are always changing. We have two addresses: 5055 N Greeley Ave and 6650 N Basin Ave, Suite L, Portland OR 97217.
This is about 2.6 miles from the Greeley address.
Candidate has the chance to be a direct hire if they are a right fit.
There is constant moving of boxes and walking campus or mail center.
There is about 20% that is computer work or sitting down.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Minimum Qualifications :
Requires high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of related work experience. Some related copy job experience, preferably in a high production, mechanically sophisticated print environment, is preferred.
Requires ability to learn complex production and/or communication systems, such as client-specific mainframe applications.
MAY require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per policy.
Provides operations functions in a fulfillment center for one or more of the following areas: operates high volume printing equipment (segment 5) to produce large volume print jobs on a previously calibrated machine, performs associated copying tasks, ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage.
Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment.
May also perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, and reception, etc.
May performs various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance
