Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for someone who will assist in the development of social media and escalation projects and programs
Responsibilities:
- Assist in root cause analysis of social and escalation support cases
- Work with social support team to continuously improve program
- Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Create reporting to support social and escalation data
Skills/ Education/ Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in social project and program coordination, experience with Google Sheets and Slides, Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, Data analysis, undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
