Teamlead (m/f/x) SEO

Your Tasks

• You will manage a team of 4-6 SEO managers, setting daily targets, performance management and coaching
• Your are responsible for the growth of the organic search
• You set strategy and targets for the team and ensure they are met
• You identify new business opportunities and ensure the SEO team is a highly innovative team
• You actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the SEO strategy and constantly challenge status quo
• You define, setup, analyze and report on the performance of the channel and incremental impact on overall business goals

Your Skills

• You have several years of operational experience in SEO with very good understanding of link building techniques, onsite technical best in class setup and content creation
• You are an inspiring leader with a proven ability to build and grow teams
• You possess a strategic but hands-on mentality, a structured way of working, with extraordinary logical thinking and analytical skills
• You have great knowledge of Google (Analytics, Webmaster Tools, My Business) and basic knowledge of HTML as well as knowledge of website speed on both mobile and desktop and AMP techniques
• You are fluent in English and have very good communication skills
