Job Description

FI Group is the largest innovation consulting firm in Europe and is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Belgium. This opportunity would be ideal for someone with a real passion for technology of all kinds and knowledge about sales development.

FI Group currently operates in 14 different countries and has over 1,400 employees. We

are looking to expand our activities in the Belgian market and are investing in our sales team in Belgium. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team led by an experienced team of industry experts.

The role is perfect for someone who wants to be part of the journey and contribute directly to the growth of a business. We are looking for experienced salespeople to join our team ASAP. We offer bespoke training to develop your skills and an ongoing development program with great opportunities to progress within the business.


Your tasks:

  • Create, develop and retain a diversified customer s portfolio (business line and size) through targets identification work, appropriate prospection, and communication action;

  • Self-generate leads, ensure appointments and negotiate contracts with your prospects (CEO, CFO, Technical/Innovation Directors), then write business proposals adapted to your clients needs and finalize the purpose of the contract;

  • Ensure that all the missions you are given the lead to success and keep the link with partners;

  • Support marketing activities if necessary and build networking to develop business through indirect channels with the guidance of Belgium management.

  • Use and update the customersdatabase weekly on our CRM platformalong with the official partners.

  • Manage sales team and promote the achievement of sales and team objectives



Profil

You have a first successful experience, at least three years in our sector, in B2B commercial services activities, especially on opening new accounts and developing new business.

Your knowledge of Belgiums economic model, especially local economic tissue is an asset to your commercial approach. You also have a very good understanding of the technical environment

Autonomous, persistent and proactive, with a strong taste for challenge, you re looking for a job in a diversified environment. You also have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and customer satisfaction is your priority.

Fluent in DUTCH or FRENCH is required as a strong knowledge of English. Traveling is expected mainly around Bruxelles side.

Highly desirable: experience managing teams (at least 2 years)

Conducts self in a professional manner.

Able to use initiative.
