What we are looking for
Workist is looking for Account Executives (m/f/x) to join the growing sales team in Berlin. We are looking for a sales professional with a successful track record of driving new logo acquisition and providing the best sales experience possible for our customers.
This is your mission
As an Account Executive you will work with prospects through the entire buying process, from initial evaluation to close. You will be the primary point of contact for new clients until handover to the Customer Success team during onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Most of your time will be spent elaborating the value of our product to interested prospects through virtual meetings, demos, email and phone
- Effectively manage a pipeline of pre-qualified opportunities so that you can consistently drive strong ROI for our customers and add revenue for Workist from net new logos
- Develop a deep knowledge of our always evolving product and understand the nuances of how it can be used so that you re able to advise prospects accordingly
- Keep the CRM system up to date with all relevant information
- Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding of your won accounts
- Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the product team so that we can improve the product and prioritize the right projects
Your profile
Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor degree
- 2+ years experience selling SaaS software to VP and C-Level executives of mid-market and enterprise companies
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles with a technical product that requires thorough explanation
- Track record of achieving or exceeding your sales quota closing net new logos
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously and to manage several opportunities at the same time
- Strong desire to learn and high motivation to succeed both individually and with a young and fast growing startup
