The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving end-to-end data-driven recruitment campaigns with a focus on improving candidate experience. They will also play a large role in coaching hiring managers and developing interview techniques internally.

Your responsibilities:

• You will build strong, professional relationships with the HR team, hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of junior, mid and senior level roles throughout Lovehoney Group globally
• Work with hiring managers to write and define job requirements and build structured recruitment processes
• Leverage your network and the networks of our teams to source top talent across multiple platforms
• Shortlist candidates via telephone screenings prior to presenting hiring managers with a shortlist
• Provide recruitment guidance and advice to the hiring managers and train them accordingly
• You will build inclusive and forward thinking advertising campaigns to attract top talent with a focus on diversity

Your qualifications:

• You have a successful track record hiring in multiple areas ideally from an in-house recruitment background
• Experience developing and implementing data-led recruitment processes
• You are passionate about our mission and are motivated to grow our impact.
• Solid full-cycle recruiting experience, with a good level of in-house exposure.
• Experience in running a structured interview process in a high-volume recruiting environment is essential.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviews, video screening, reference check etc).
• Experience of using multiple sourcing and attraction methods to fill vacancies.
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, with a full professional proficiency in English (German skills are a plus)
• You put a lot of care into the candidate experience and promote the Lovehoney group as a fantastic place to work in everything you do.
