YOUR ROLE
- You will support our co-founders (CEO and CPO) in setting strategic direction and ensuring the strategy gets executed accordingly.
- You take over full responsibility for multiple teams (i.e. Revenue Operations, Customer Success ) in accordance with your previous experience and skill set.
- You take ownership for relevant business KPIs, constantly question how we can improve and drive initiatives to boost them.
- You help us achieve ambitious growth plans, while keeping an eye on efficiency levers and improve our forecasting.
- You will help us shape company culture and implement processes that enable us to move fast and increase team output.

- Leader: You are a great and experienced leader, that shapes company culture and is exceptionally strong at winning over people for your ideas.
- Entrepreneur: You are an entrepreneur by heart and know how to scale startups quickly, lead company wide initiatives and push an organization to reach new heights.
- Manager: You know how to oversee multiple departments, to best work out a business case, to define budgets and make the team accountable.
- Achiever: You set clear and ambitious goals, take ownership and make sure we achieve those.
- Strategic: You have excellent analytical skills, proficient knowledge of relevant KPIs and develop a great understanding for the key drivers of our business in no time.
- Experience: You have experience working with sales organizations, CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) and know how to identify efficiency levers.
- Positivity: You spark positivity, are a great motivator and know how to navigate a team through faces of growth, but also challenging times.
- Networker: You can represent ToolTime internally and externally and have experiences managing senior stakeholders.
- Background: Ideally, you have worked in a SaaS or a B2B company with focus on SMEs before. Previous experience with product led growth and internationalization would be a big plus.
- Languages: Fluent English skills are required, while German skills would be a big plus.
