ART DIRECTOR CAMPAIGN (ALL GENDERS)

WHAT YOU DO

• As an Art Director Campaign, you are responsible for conception, realization, and supervision of groundbreaking concepts and 360 campaigns (TV, OOH, print, online), taking into account the different target groups and the overall visual design/ visual identity
• You develop stories, look & layout and concept and create CI guidelines
• You are responsible for the preparation and supervision of (post-) productions and control of external service providers
• You are closely networked with other experts for the interdisciplinary development
• With your experience, you will challenge the design team and help to develop junior and midlevel colleagues
• You present concepts internally and externally

WHO YOU ARE

• You have several years of relevant professional experience in the campaigning and production area (shooting, film, digital)
• You are very confident in using Adobe Creative Cloud and other programs for, e.g., film editing, motion design, and 3D design
• You have a quick grasp and an understanding of brands, products, and target groups
• You have a flair for design, creativity, and outstanding ideas
• You are interested in trends in the field of photography, technology, or pop culture
• A high self-demand, team spirit, structure, and conceptual know-how and thinking characterize you
• Fluent written and spoken German and English is essential for our daily business
