Your responsibilities
It is important to us that the gridX family grows with the right people - therefore we are waiting for you, even if you have a longer period of notice in your current job or if a relocation to Aachen or Munich is imminent.
- You continuously increase customer value by initiating and closing up- and cross-sells for our IoT SaaS solutions
- You take over the support and sales responsibility for our B2B key accounts
- You are in regular contact with existing customers regarding new products, applications and the development of joint strategic roadmaps
- You collect customer feedback and actively share it with the product team to ensure that the gridX platform is always one step ahead of the competition
- You define and analyze KPIs to continuously increase the success of the partnerships and enable profitable growth paths for both sides
- You coordinate a perfect onboarding and comprehensive coaching for new customers
Your profile
- You have at least 2 years of sales experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in the B2B area for complex software solutions.
- A bachelor s or master's degree in the technical field (computer science, engineering,...) is an advantage
- You have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- You enjoy cross-functional work with different teams (growth, product, project management)
- You are customer-centric and have a pragmatic and solution-oriented attitude
- You preferably bring experience in the areas of energy, IoT, software or digital platforms
- You speak German and English fluently, other European languages are an advantage
