WpHG Compliance Specialist

My client, a leading international bank are searching for a WpHG Compliance Specialist to join their Legal & Compliance department as soon as possible:

Tasks

As a Compliance Specialist, you will take on an advisory, coordination and team management function.

Your tasks are:

First point of contact for all compliance-relevant topics (especially MaRisk-

Compliance and WpHG compliance)

Monitoring of relevant legal changes

Participation in the implementation of effective procedures and new product processes

Support and advise the Executive Board and other business units with regard to

compliance with legal regulations and risk reduction

Contact person for authorities, external and internal auditors

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in law, business administration or economics

Experience in the field of WpHG or MaRisk-Compliance

Independent and result-oriented way of working

Strong analytical skills paired with a structured approach

Fluent German/English
