We are a manufacturer specialising in oil-free scroll compressors and oil-free
piston compressors as well as dry-running vacuum pumps with state-of-the-art
Japanese technology and European know-how. Oil-free compressors and dry-running
vacuum pumps are becoming more and more popular every year and are widely used
in the market. They are used for various purposes/applications such as laboratories,
dental, medical, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, etc.

About the job

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Engineer in the ANEST IWATA EUROPE GmbH team. The role is a great opportunity to combine engineering and business development knowledge to explore markets and win customers. If you are an engineering, sales or business development professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

Responsibility for market presence in the sales area

Expansion and optimisation of existing customer relationships

Active acquisition of new customers

Development and implementation of business plans for the direct account base that
drive growth targets and the achievement of company vision and goals.

Identify and development of new customers in different markets, applications, and
regions.

Creation of and implementation of initiatives that will enable the delivery of sales
objectives towards the ANEST IWATA strategic and business goals.

Provision of customer visit reports, and the execution of actions arising from the
visit.

Close cooperation with customer support teams and internal marketing/product
teams

Supporting customers and answering their technical questions.

Planning and documenting your activities as well as customer performance and
forecasting with the help of a CRM system.

Requirements

Your Skills

Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or similar.

Min. 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a relevant field, preferably in
B2B sales, or product management.

Strong sense of business ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, and hands-on mentality.

Excellent analytical skills combined with strategic thinking.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.

Dynamic, highly motivated team player.

IT skills Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

Driving license

. Availability to travel and business trips based on the project s needs
