Tasks

Are you curious and motivated to dive deep into the world of M&A and e-commerce?

We are looking for a working student to support us with everything related to the M&A process from pipeline building to deal execution.

What you will do (responsibilities):

• You work on M&A acquisition and support the M&A team during the transaction phase of M&A projects
• Financial & commercial evaluation of potential targets
• Conduct financial and commercial Due Diligence
• Assess competitive positioning of amazon sellers

Requirements

• You are an enrolled Bachelor or Master student with an excellent academic performance
• You have a curiosity in e-commerce and M&A
• You have good analytical skills and are comfortable using Excel
• You are task-oriented, enjoy working in a dynamic work atmosphere and are open and curious about learning new things
• You bring a hands-on attitude, reliability and transparency and enjoy cross-functional work
