(Senior) Customer Relationship Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You will take full responsibility for planning, creating, optimizing, monitoring, and scaling our email marketing campaigns
• You will perform cohort analysis, analyze campaign metrics, and optimize campaigns based on ROAS
• The realization of cohorts to determine which products to promote to achieve the best ROAS will also be part of your responsibilities
• The planning of memorable and creative image ideas to capture the attention of buyers with email campaigns will be another important part of your work
• You will work closely with our design and marketing team to support the creative concept and ensure the quality of the designs
• You'll monitor and review Google Analytics data and create performance-based reports
• You'll conduct AB testing for email themes, content, and cohorts.

Your profile

• You bring at least 3 (ideally 5 for a senior position) years of professional experience in online marketing with in-depth experience in email marketing, customer relationship, and automation.
• A university degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or a similar analytical field
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area or are willing to move to Berlin for your new job
• Excellent command of English (C1). Good German language skills are a plus
• Important metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CPS, CTR, and CR are no secret to you
• Ideally, you have some experience with Emarsys (or similar email marketing tools) and are familiar with them
• You also have basic knowledge of HTML & UX/design
• An affinity for data-driven decision-making and a practical and goal-oriented mentality are a must-have
• You show very good time management skills as well as the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
• You love challenges, enjoy taking responsibility, and feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
