Digital Finance Transformation Consultant - Associate, Senior or Manager

Our client is a well-known German management consultancy with over 1450 employees worldwide focusing on insurance services, financial services and much more. In 19 different locations and growing by the minute, you will find an international environment known for always using the most innovative technologies and carrying out the most interesting projects, this way they are looking for ambitious Consultants with different seniority levels to join their digital finance transformation teams.

Tasks

You speak numbers which is the reason that you will combine your knowledge in the insurance business with your great IT project development skills to create a powerful digital transformation. Talking with costumers to assess their current position and needs is a delight to you. In addition to technical and application requirements for the technical implementation of transformation projects focusing on finance and operations, you will also collect process documentation and design it, especially for GAAP closing processes and documentation of target operating models. You and your team will analyze the "big picture" on insurance, finance and risk architectures and develop solutions to reduce the risks and their effects up to the implementation of new IT-system landscapes (SAP, SAS and SICS). You will organize projects with agile or waterfall in your sleep and help to implement them with your effective change management skills. Lastly, you can create absorbing presentations that charm all the stakeholders.

Requirements

You have been working for at least 2 years in a management consulting or inhouse insurance company with a focus on insurance or specialty/commercial business. You already came across IFRS 17, Solvency II, Local and Multi GAAP in your last experiences. Along with your very good English skills, you can move confidently at all management levels. Lastly, you have a degree in business administration, economics or industrial engineering that makes this work a joy in the park. If you were able to gain years and years of working experience, the academical degree is just a plus! You enjoy travelling and you are willing to do this while you work, when it is needed.
