Your tasks

What will you help us with?

• Communication & Feel-Good-Management: You make sure that our employees feel comfortable and support them with your expertise

• Project management: You will be responsible for long-term and medium-term projects and help to make team events unforgettable

• You will take on exciting tasks in day-to-day operations

• After a detailed briefing, you will be able to support us in recruiting actively:

  • You will optimize job postings, check new applications, and communicate with applicants and the department heads
  • You will coordinate the application process and help ensure a successful experience for all applicants
  • You help with process optimization and can contribute your ideas

Your profile

• You are studying business administration, (business) psychology, economics or a similar field - preferably with a focus on human resources. Career changers are also welcome!
• HR experience is a plus but not a must
• You are passionate about HR topics and have a "hands-on" mentality
• You are confident in using the current MS Office programs (or their Google counterparts)
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• You are communicative and good with people, and it is easy for you to approach others
• You are an organizational talent with a lot of motivation and high commitment
• You are flexible, and you learn new software and programs quickly
