Your tasks

Started as an online shop, we are now growing beyond our borders. In the same way, we are also expanding our products beyond the borders of the internet into the stationary trade. In our sales team, we make sure that KoRo is available in shops all over Germany and win new partners every day. Help us to make the supermarket shelves a little more colorful with our variety and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment in the retail & FMCG sectors.

Your Tasks

  • You will help us in the acquisition and support of B2B customers and retail partners
  • The planning, implementation and development of sales campaigns will be also your responsibility
  • Improving the customer journey and thus advance the company in a targeted manner will be among your main tasks
  • You develop the sales processes together with us and help us to fully exploit our potential
  • You are the contact person for our customers in day-to-day business and coordinate order processing, sample dispatch and the provision of product information, among other things
  • The responsibility for an efficient product supply and will also assist with complaints management will be yours
  • You will help us making sure that our customers are always satisfied, and to ensure the most effective communication
  • You will support us in the preparation of presentations, sales documents, and sales and competition analyses

Your profile

  • You are currently studying, or on a comparable training pat, or on a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes
  • You live in Berlin / the surrounding area and / or would like to come to Berlin for the duration of the internship
  • You speak very good German (C1 level) and good English (B2 level)
  • Open and effective communication, enthusiasm, and the ability to work in a team are among your best strengths
  • You have a reliable and meticulous work style and bring along good energy and motivation
  • You feel at home in the world of retail and have a keen interest in the food sector
