Paid Marketing Manager (all genders)

The Lumiform SaaS solution enables companies to easily digitize and improve the workflow of quality & safety inspections. The app allows businesses to create digital checklists, conduct inspections, raise issues immediately & solve them collaboratively with teammates while getting fully automated reports and analyzing all data with ease.

Quality & safety inspections take place in all major industries worldwide - mostly all of them are conducted by pen and paper: Cleaning documentation, risk assessments, maintenance reports, hygiene checks, safety walk documentation etc. pp.

Lumiform enables companies to make workplaces safe and to exceed their quality promises. A nice side effect: It is environmentally friendly and reduces the use of paper to a maximum.

About the Role:

You ll start hands-on in building up the paid marketing foundation from scratch (with the assistance of the CEO and content manager) and gradually increasing the spend to exceed 100k EUR monthly ad spend.

Primarily, we ll be using social and search channels to scale the campaigns. We ll be using a wide variety of data to proactively predict which channels will convert over time.

You must have experience managing at least $100k monthly ad spend - and you must have the willingness to do this hands-on.

Tasks

• You create the ads from start to finish (at least in the beginning) along with our lean marketing team and our CEO Lukas
• You build out paid social and paid search channels from the ground up
• You continuously optimize ads and iterate based on results
• You will write copy for paid search and social ads, with the assistance of the team
• You scale ad spend from 5,000 to 100,000, ensuring we are focusing intensely on data to avoid wasting money

Requirements

• You have at least 1+ years of SaaS paid marketing experience
• You were able to manage over 100k in monthly ad spend in the past
• You are an expert in paid social (Facebook) and paid search (Google)
• You have experience in retargeting
• You can write exceptional copy and iterate based on testing

It's a plus, if:

• You are proficient in analytics tools
• You have experience with custom audiences and lookalike audiences
• you have a deep understanding of attribution models
