Your role and goals

Productsup is a Berlin-based company with a strong international customer base, and we re looking to further grow our business in Italy. Are you a self-starter? Live and breathe B2B Sales? Then we want you! This is your opportunity to lead, bring Productsup to Market and develop relationships with customers, such as International Brands, Retailers and Marketing Agencies.

As the Enterprise Account Executive - Italy, you will:

  • uncover and develop brand new business opportunities in your region,
  • be unique in the way you approach your future clients,
  • become a trusted and best-in class partner to deliver solutions.

In your first 3 months you will:

  • Understand the Productsup platform and familiarise yourself with the e-commerce/marketing technology SaaS environment
  • Get an overview about your prospects and set up your sales strategy
  • Start building your pipeline and identify opportunities
  • Create a standardised working environment and relationships with your sales peers and the marketing team

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

  • Move prospects through the sales cycle and close initial deals
  • Continue to grow and scale your pipeline to expand your opportunities
  • Own sales cycles in alignment with supporting departments (e.g. BDR, Pre-Sales, Integration)
  • Manage and collaborate with enterprise partner relationships
  • Have mastered the entire sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing

What you bring to the team

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in new-business sales with a successful and proven track record of closing enterprise deals and generating high ARR growth
  • 2+ years selling SaaS and Cloud solutions in the e-commerce, performance marketing, or online advertising space
  • Experience in value-based selling to C-level executives in complex selling environments
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, solution centric with a consultative sales approach
  • Technical expertise to be able to demonstrate the product and explain the business and economic benefits
  • Analytical background with the ability to turn numbers into action plans
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a must
