Studio Manager*in

We are looking for you, cool-minded with self-confidence, holding the reins firmly in your hand, knowing what you are doing. A explorer of deadlines, documents, communication in English and German, internally and externally. A problem for which no one else has a solution motivates you. If necessary, "trial and error" is your motto and you stand by your actions. "That is difficult" means to you that it is possible and therefore interesting. You have answers before you are asked, you are happy about a free workout to the 2nd floor of the building, next to your memory R2-D2 pales and you are more efficient than Hermine.

Tasks

You support our studio and the management in pushing projects forward, if necessary with a kick in the butt (!not physically!).

Internal communication and organisation with and assistance in the various departments such as BizDev, Recruitment, House Technician, Social Media etc.

You prepare meetings, presentations etc. for internal and external purposes

You update our website with cool and interesting information.

And much more, it all depends on your skills and interests.
