As part of the Customer Success team, you coordinate the different stakeholders within the company to ensure a smooth flow of the customer journey
You take ownership of customer concerns and track issues to resolution
You implement relevant metrics and KPIs to analyze and continuously improve the onboarding process to design a excellent customer experience and ensure scalability of our processes
As an expert on our product, you are happy to share your knowledge and experience with our customers, partners and team
Your profile
You have a technical university degree or a comparable technical education with profound know-how. Terms like object orientation, inheritance, function calls and SQL statements are not new to you
You have more than 5 years of professional experience in the software industry, ideally in the area of web application development
You have good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, XML, JSON) and MS Office
Experience with B2B customers in the enterprise segment and from the SaaS/Cloud ecosystem is an advantage
You are an excellent communicator: you are able to explain complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
You know how to work with distributed teams, across countries and cultures
You speak and write German fluently and have excellent written and spoken English skills
