Customer Onboarding Manager (m/f/d) - Remote

Your responsibility and tasks

• Based on individual customer needs, you configure the necessary platform components and support customers with upgrades
• You enable our new customers and partners, especially through remote training or webinars, to develop their own web applications with our Build.One platform
• As part of the Customer Success team, you coordinate the different stakeholders within the company to ensure a smooth flow of the customer journey
• You take ownership of customer concerns and track issues to resolution
• You implement relevant metrics and KPIs to analyze and continuously improve the onboarding process to design a excellent customer experience and ensure scalability of our processes
• As an expert on our product, you are happy to share your knowledge and experience with our customers, partners and team

Your profile

• You have a technical university degree or a comparable technical education with profound know-how. Terms like object orientation, inheritance, function calls and SQL statements are not new to you
• You have more than 5 years of professional experience in the software industry, ideally in the area of web application development
• You have good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, XML, JSON) and MS Office
• Experience with B2B customers in the enterprise segment and from the SaaS/Cloud ecosystem is an advantage
• You are an excellent communicator: you are able to explain complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
• You know how to work with distributed teams, across countries and cultures
• You speak and write German fluently and have excellent written and spoken English skills
