Working Student/ Intern Talent Acquisition (M/W/D)

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Working Student/ Intern Talent Acquisition for our team to further scale the recruiting area.

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for your student trainee and intern positions - from job posting to contract offer
• You take over the identification, selection and initial contacting of potential candidates in active sourcing.
• You support the preparation and implementation of internal and external personnel marketing activities
• You follow the latest recruiting and active sourcing trends and continuously develop the recruiting process with your team

Your profile

• You are studying business administration, human resources management, psychology or a comparable degree programme
• You ideally already have some practical experience in recruiting and/or personnel marketing
• You are characterised by your open, communicative and likeable personality and always convince your environment with your dynamic nature and your independent way of working
• First experience in working with a recruiting software is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in german and englisch
