We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/x) to join our team in Lisbon / Munich / Cologne / Stuttgart.
Tasks
- Take products from concept to creation.
- Interview customers, collaborate with stakeholders, and closely coordinate with engineering and design to identify key product opportunities.
- Form customer and business hypotheses and validate with proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and early user testing.
- Build trust and a common vision for your product with our clients and your product team.
- Create roadmaps, scope features, and write user stories that define a plan and goals for your product.
- Prioritize feature development while focusing on overall impact, usability, and feasibility.
- Measure and track success with qualitative and quantitative data.
- Clearly communicate progress and adjust plans proactively.
- Assist in developing new venture and client proposals.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years experience in building and launching new digital products.
- You have a strong understanding of mobile and web technology and are intimately familiar with software development practices.
- You have strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- You have a demonstrated ability to execute and are motivated to get things done independently.
- You're adaptable, pragmatic and reliable and you're willing to be 100% accountable for your product.
- You're willing to make bold, big, or even controversial decisions if they are the right ones.
- You're a critical and creative thinker who adapts their methods to the needs of the situation. You don't do things 'by the book' just because everyone else does.
- You're naturally collaborative and empathetic to the perspective of others, and are willing to put yourself in their shoes to understand their pains and frustrations.
- You'll fully commit to decisions made by the team, even if you initially disagreed with the approach.
