Product Manager

Your responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Product Manager (M/F/D) to help us driving our roadmap, deciding new features based on customer input and market insight and deliver the best value to our customers. Your responsibilities start with collecting, categorizing and prioritizing inputs from various stakeholders to guide your insights on the value-adding user needs, and continue throughout the definition of solutions that deliver product value in collaboration with a development team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Define and maintain product roadmap of your product in alignment with the company s goals, to drive the highest product value, grow market share and improve customer experience
• Manage your network of stakeholders in the company and have frequent communication with Sales, Engineering and Marketing
• Collect inputs from all stakeholders and prepare the requirements for the product roadmap
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Translate your product roadmap to product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team and UI/UX team
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product and its features within the company

Your profile

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent experience, Master degree in Business is a plus
• At least 4 years of experience in product, as product owner/manager or in a similar position with a cloud based digital product
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including the creation of requirements for the development team
• Understanding of the software development process with Agile/Scrum and web technologies
• Excellent information organizational skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, interpersonal skills, comfortable at collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to understand electronics industry and electronics development is a plus
• You are a team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Ability to maintain a balance between short-term delivery and longer-term strategy
• Fluent English both verbal and written, speaking German is a plus
• Having an ITIL certificate is a plus
