Job Description

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to help in enterprise-grade web applications, e-commerce solutions and digital advertising. You will be part of a talented team of software engineers and graphic designers who work on novel solutions to unlock the full potential of the digital world. Tasks

A Client Service Specialist in Think Plus is the person in charge of managing and building long-term company relationships with an assigned group of customers, regarding the Digital Advertising and the Performance Management (DA/PM) areas. The right candidate will report to the General Manager of the company, collaborate with the Digital Advertising and Performance Specialist, with Designers and Web Developers and with Creative Director in order to manage creative content media and campaign designs and deliver the best outcomes its customers. Main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Acts as a liaison between the client and service production departments within the company to convey information and ensure understanding, regarding the DA/PM areas.
  • Operates as the point of contact and maintains long-term relationships with assigned customers.
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Effectively communicates client needs and demands to the proper departments and coordinates delivery of services.
  • Keeps track and forecasts client account transactions & metrics.
  • Makes the client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success, in collaboration with the Account Managers.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients, via up-selling and/or cross-selling.
  • Services multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines.
  • Monitors the client s budget, explaining costs, and proposing new terms in agreement with the Account Managers.
  • Provides progress reports to clients and upper management.

Requirements

  • University degree in Communication, Digital Marketing or similar.
  • Two years of minimum expertise in Digital Advertising / Performance Marketing.
  • Communication skills (fluent Greek & English required written & spoken).
  • Client-centric, empathetic, professional approach.
  • Problem solving and team player attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to translate technical explanations to non-technical client contacts.
  • Good experience in Digital Marketing operations and Ads.
  • Strong knowledge in advertising platforms and tools.
  • Reporting knowledge (Google Ad Manager / Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Analytical and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) will be considered an asset.
