Tasks
- Provide product support and technical expertise for internal and external customers while focusing on response time related to existing product requests, questions, and issues.
- Translate marketplace trends and chooser insights into actionable recommendations for innovative growth and new product ideas.
- Representation as product line owner on multi-functional program teams, including but not limited to marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, engineering, and services teams, while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor, and be accountable for, key success metrics including revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, supply chain fulfillment and proper market adoption.
- Cross-functional product training, SAP Product set up and provide commercial leadership including developing pricing strategies.
- Development and delivery of presentations for corporate and partners.
- Product rationalization, obsolescence planning and disposition.
- Continuous consumer and competitive market evaluation and documentation.
- Assist in developing a market-informed solution strategy and roadmap to create a strong linkage between financials, technology and customer needs
- Promote the enterprise offering to customers and the sales teams through direct interaction by communicating capabilities, solutions, product roadmaps to deliver on common goals.
- Partner with Operations/Supply Chain to deliver accurate monthly forecast to support SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning)
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Technical background (hardware & Software) within security industry.
- Experience in product management with exposure in Agile software development experience.
