Job Description

In 6 years, we raised 10M and grew from 3 people in Paris to a team of almost 130 people across 5 countries and 11 cities and we don't intend to stop here! Our offices are located in Paris, Berlin, London, and Amsterdam, where people from 15+ different nationalities collaborate.

Tasks

You will be part of a global Sales team distributed across the UK, France, and Germany.

In Germany, you'll join a small team of 2 people, with the responsibility to help us developing ourselves out of Berlin, by scaling in Munich and Hamburg for now.

This is why we are hiring an entrepreneur-minded Sales with a true Growth mindset, who would be happy to take the ownership of this expansion.

Your job as a Sales Executive will be to:

  • Engage with CEOs, CTOs, Heads of HR/Recruitment of the top tech startups and larger companies in Germany and in particular in Munich, to turn them into happy talent io clients.
  • Develop our Sales strategy and the commercial playbook in Germany alongside with the SDR & Sales team lead who in charge of the German market.
  • Manage and convert your pipeline of leads into clients by leading the sales meetings, defining the right commercial proposals and closing the deals.
  • Closely collaborate with SDR s who will be responsible for the generation of new leads for you.
  • And much more, to contribute to the great development of our German operations!

This position will be preferably located in MUNICH or BERLIN, but we are open to hire remotely in other german locations.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Sales (ideally in a SaaS company or fast growing tech startup) or in 360 recruitment, preferably on Munich market.
  • Strong entrepreneur and growth mindset, with the willingness to make us move from startup to scale up in Germany
  • You are a quick learner, very curious and eager to learn about the Tech recruitment ecosystem, with a track record of ownership in your previous jobs
  • You re both fluent or native in German and English.
