Job Description
- Provide strategy to guide and enable the build out of all IT technologies necessary for the business to operate and grow – establish strategy / in partnership with Air Products
- Establish vendor / partner relationships for delivering IT services and technologies
- Ensure compliance with applicable National and Local laws and regulations
- Adhere to company policies as described in employment handbook and company work rules
- Evaluate, acquire and retain great talent; interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees
- Directly supervise employees by carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s leadership philosophy, policies, and applicable laws
