QA/QC Engineer

• Reviewing of material certificates against PO, standards and specifications.
• Contacting suppliers on certificates issue and clearing the cert issues.
• Monitoring the supplier performance and collaboratively work with site engineers on improving supplier performance.
• ITP s revision, Data book creation as per customer request.
• Drawing reading and preparation of items inspection reports and support QC activities.
• Work closely with global sites engineers to meet the deliverables on-time with quality.

• Should be familiar with Foundry, Forging, Welding and Heat treatment process.
• Solid knowledge on Casting and Forging materials testing.
• Hand experience on Non-Destructive testing (PT, MT, UT and RT).
• Knowledge in standards (ASTM, ASME, EN, ISO and API).

• Diploma in mechanical engineering with around 2 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Previous working experience in quality assurance of rotating equipment would be added advantage.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle frequent change in priorities and handling multiple tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills including general Microsoft applications and e-mail.
