Tasks

• Work in a agile environment together with other developers on a highly scalable enterprise grade product
• Build new reusable components
• Code, test, document and maintain the product
• Ask questions, challenge ideas and help improve the process for tackling projects and solving problems
• Help shape the system for the challenges ahead

Requirements

• 3 years or more experience building web applications with Python (Preferably Django)
• Proficient in SQL, Experience with PostgresSQL
• Solid understanding of software architecture
• Experience with TDD and automated testing
• Proven self-motivated, systematic thinker with excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Great design sensibility, detail-oriented and a solution-oriented attitude
• Team-oriented, able to work effectively in small cross-functional teams, and a good sense of humor
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, and excellent communication skills (German proficiency is a big plus)
